Lift Gate Service: Available at an extra cost and subject to availability at your local Freight LTL delivering terminal.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will begin processing the following business day.
Backorders: Items on backorder may require additional days to ship.
Shipping Transit Times: Begin once your order has left our warehouse. We recommend not scheduling installation/replacement until you have received your product to avoid any potential additional charges.
Delays: Delays in shipping or delivery issues due to the freight or ground carrier are beyond our control.
Equipment Arrival
Inspection: Upon arrival, inspect each item for damages and ensure the number of items matches the delivery receipt before signing.
Missing or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our customer service department. Claims for missing items reported after this period may be rejected.
Damage Inspection: Thoroughly inspect each item in the presence of the driver before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damages or discrepancies on the receipt.
